The next 48 hours are important in enhancing and maximizing your results for a long lasting white smile! Your teeth will continue to brighten for 24 hours after treatment.
For best results:

● Avoid food and drinks with lots of colouring, such as red wine, sodas, coffee, curry, tea, red sauces, mustard, berries and tobacco products.
● Rinsing after food and drink is recommended for the first 24 hours.
● Do not brush or use mouthwash immediately after treatment as bristles are too abrasive at time and mouthwash coloring will stain and hinder the whitening process.
● Some teeth have natural markings on them and the whitening process may enhance them for the first 24 hours; they will settle and return to their natural state shortly.
● In the rare occurrence that sensitivity happens, take Tylenol or Advil and coat teeth with toothpaste, but do not brush.
